Canberrans 'absolutely slugged at the bowser'
If you've ever thought you've been paying too much at the bowser - you're not wrong.
Canberrans are paying more than 10 cents a litre extra for fuel on average compared with other capital cities, and prices are expected to remain high over the Easter long weekend.
As Blake Foden reports, motorists have been charged an average 148.3 cents per litre for premium unleaded fuel in Canberra since Christmas Day.

Brumbies captain opens up on concussions
In sport, Chris Dutton spoke to ACT Brumbies skipper Sam Carter, who opens up on concussions and hopes of Waratahs selection.
Carter revealed his concussion made him hypersensitive to crowds and loud noises.
He said he was hopeful of being cleared to make his comeback in the match against the NSW Waratahs on Saturday night, just three weeks after being rattled by a hit from Lopeti Timani.
