A man held a Woolworths staff member at knifepoint in Wanniassa before fleeing with the till on Monday night.

The robber entered Woolworths Erindale at about 9:15pm, threatening an employee at the front counter with a knife and demanding cash.
The man then came behind the counter and removed the till before he fled in the direction of the rear car park.
He is described as approximately 170 to 175cm tall, of slim build and wearing grey tracksuit pants, a black hoodie, a white face mask and one red and one white glove.
