It will set up shop on level one of the centre near Rebel Sport early next year, although centre management has yet to give an exact location or date.
As well as including tenpin bowling, Kingpin will bring a bar, escape rooms, karaoke, pool tables and arcade rooms.
The announcement of Kingpin moving into the shopping centre comes following the openings of Cos and Tommy Hilfiger at Canberra Centre in recent weeks.
Canberra Centre retail manager Gary Stewart said the upcoming opening would be an exciting moment.
"By welcoming Kingpin, we will be able to further position Canberra Centre as the ACT's leading destination for dynamic retail, entertainment and dining experiences," Mr Stewart said.
"We are thrilled to continue to deliver a dynamic and diverse offer that will excite and engage customers of all ages and backgrounds."
It's estimated 68 jobs will be created with the opening of Kingpin.
The tenpin bowling chain already has eight locations across Australia including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Darwin and Townsville.
