Kyrgios had a virtual call on Juiced TV with children from the hospital and show founder Pip Forbes, where he was questioned about hot topics like pets and Marvel vs DC.
The initiative was created to provide a way for patients to engage and communicate with each other and improve their overall experience during their time in hospital.
While COVID-19 restrictions have put a stop to face-to-face visits, it has provided opportunities for virtual visits such as this one.
"I definitely prefer Marvel simply because of Robert Downy Jr, Ironman is my favourite superhero. Marvel for sure," Kyrgios said in response to a question from one of the kids.
The likes of Pat Cummins, Johnny Depp, Chris Hemsworth and many more have visited children via Juiced TV.
Kyrgios posted on his social media that it makes him incredibly happy to partake in visits like theses and alluded that he will be back soon for more virtual visits.
After pulling out of the US Open along with Ash Barty, Kyrgios seems to be spending his time giving back to the community.
Announcing through a video published to the social media page 'Uninterrupted' back in August that he intended not to join the major due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Kyrgios said his main focus is the health and safety of the community.

"We can rebuild our sport and economy, but we can never recover lives lost," Kyrios said.
"I've got no problem with the USTA putting on the US Open, and if players want to go, that's up to them. So long as everyone acts appropriately and safely."
Being an active voice in calling out other athletes for being irresponsible during the pandemic, Kyrgios still stands strong for his decision and believes it's for the best.
"You can't be dancing on tables, money-grabbing your way around Europe or trying to make a quick buck hosting an exhibition. That's so selfish," Kyrgios said.
"Think of other people for once. That's what this virus is about. It doesn't care about your world ranking or how much money you have. Act responsibly."
