Googong Dam was the latest to spill on Wednesday as it reached 100 per cent capacity, following Cotter and Benora Dams which have been full for several months.
Icon Water had previously forecast the region's water storage could be full by December, but now expect to reach that target this week.
It will be the first time in four years all four dams have reached capacity.
Water storage is currently sitting at 98.63 per cent, with Corin Dam the last to hit capacity and currently at 94 per cent.

Water stores have made an incredible recovery since they plummeted to below 45 per cent in January after prolonged hot and dry conditions.
"We are thrilled with the rainfall over the last few months," an Icon Water spokeswoman said.
"Canberra's water levels have recovered significantly and with a wet spring under way for the capital, we will continue to see water storage levels increase further with rain expected later this week."
The Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) forecast up to 20mm could fall in Canberra across Thursday morning and early afternoon.
BoM duty forecaster Helen Kirkup said a trough sweeping across NSW would bring gusty winds to the ACT on Wednesday afternoon with showers expecting by the evening and continuing throughout Thursday.
Ms Kirkup said another trough was expected to move through the region and bring more wet weather to Canberra next Wednesday.
"This year there's a lot more moisture in the atmosphere so when we get these troughs coming through they are delivering a reasonable amount of rainfall," she said.
Following Wednesday's balmy top of 27 degrees, the temperature will drop when a cool change hits in the afternoon leading to a top of just 17 on Thursday and low of 10.
Rain clouds will begin to clear by Friday as the BoM forecast a partly cloudy day with a top of 20 degrees and low of 4.
The prediction of a Thursday downpour comes after a record-breaking month of rain in October.
The BoM said 133.6mm was recorded at Canberra Airport throughout the month, smashing the 2010 record of 102.8mm.
The average rainfall in Canberra for November is 63.8mm.
