The ACT today recorded nine new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total active cases in the territory to 176, as of 8pm Tuesday.
The nine new cases follow a record number reported Tuesday, of 30.
There are seven people in hospital with coronavirus, including a woman in her 40s, who is unvaccinated and in intensive care.
With the two-week checkpoint for lockdown tomorrow, Chief Minister Andrew Barr said now is not the time to end the lockdown early.
He said there will be some changes to lockdown rules announced tomorrow.
I'm Miriam Webber and I'll be bringing you further information and updates on the situation this afternoon.
