Traffic conditions have returned to normal after a multi-car crash on Tuggeranong Parkway near the Hindmarsh Drive intersection on Thursday morning.
At the time ACT Policing spokesperson urged motorists to avoid the area if possible.
They said a car had mounted a concrete centre barrier with northbound lanes affected.
