Police have finished investigations at the scene of a fatal and suspicious fire, and the Bonner property is set to be razed as detectives seek new leads.

The bodies of Anne Wachera Muhoro, 45, her son Ezvin, 8, and her daughter Furaha, 5, were discovered by firefighters following the deliberately-lit blaze in Bonner on February 19.
Police have not said whether the focus of the investigation is a suspected murder.
The now-derelict property remains fenced off, and neighbours on Peter Coppin Street are anxious to see the scorched shell demolished.
Affordable housing provider CHC Australia, which owns the property, said a new house would be built on the site.
"The team at CHC were incredibility saddened by the notification of the fire and losing a family who had been tenants of our organisation for nearly five years," general manager Megan Ward said.
"After the police concluded their investigation at the property, CHC instructed our insurer to start a replacement process."
Before rebuilding on the site, CHC hoped to hold a prayer service with members of Ms Muhoro's church, the Northside Life congregation in Harrison.
"Ensuring we are keeping the neighbours informed, CHC hopes to demolish the property and rebuild over the coming months to assist another family who may be homeless or at risk of homelessness," Ms Ward said.
"Prior to the rebuild process, the team at CHC are also hoping to arrange a prayer service onsite with the church of which our tenant was a member."
An ACT Policing spokeswoman said investigations into the fire continued, and appealed for any witnesses to come forward.
"Criminal investigators are conducting a range of enquiries," the spokeswoman said.
"Police would like to speak with anyone who may have any information or witnessed the fire."
A private funeral ceremony for the family was held at the Norwood Park Crematorium in Gungahlin on Friday, March 18.
Family members had travelled from as far away as Kenya to be there for the service.
An obituary published in Kenyan media pictured Anne wearing academic robes and a graduation cap, next to her children Ezvin and Furaha, who were wearing uniforms from Brindabella Christian College.
"It is a humble acceptance of God's will that we announce the demise of Anne Wachera Muhoro and her two children Ezvin, 8, and Furaha, 5, which took place in Australia on 19th February 2018," the obituary read.
"Anne, Ezvin and Furaha, we love you but God loved you more."
A man was questioned by police the day after the tragedy, although he was later released without charge.
Police have said the fire was deliberately lit, with accelerants used across multiple "seats of fire" inside the house.
Anne Muhoro was due to discuss a custody matter with the children's father on the morning of the blaze.
Court documents recorded how Ms Muhoro had made "no appearance" in court. The bodies of her and her children had been found earlier that morning.
Neighbours have painted a picture of a reserved family who lived a quiet life in Canberra, while others have spoken of the family's close ties to the Northside Life Church in Harrison.
The church held its own memorial for the family earlier in February.
"Our church did have a private memorial, invite only ... which brought lovely tributes to the family we loved dearly," Northside Life Church Pastor Susan Miller said.
