Police are seeking witnesses to the fight that broke out at the popular function venue on the corner of Isabella Drive and the Monaro Highway.
A police statement said officers attended the disturbance about 10.30pm and found a man who had sustained injuries during the disturbance.
A spokeswoman later told The Canberra Times that ACT Policing's Taskforce Nemesis, which specialises in bikie crime, will assist Tuggeranong patrol with the investigation.
The spokeswoman said no charges had been laid as of Sunday evening.
Police spoke to witnesses at the scene but are seeking further information.
Unconfirmed reports detailed a fight between a large number of people that lasted several minutes and resulted in at least one gash to the head.
A manager of the Rose Cottage, who did not provide his name, said it would be inappropriate to comment further given investigations were ongoing.
