An 18-year-old man suffered gun shot wounds to the leg during the alleged incident, after shots were fired at a dark blue Toyotya Echo that was travelling on Molonglo Street in Queanbeyan about 4.15am on November 2.
The 18-year-old man was a passenger in the car at the time of the incident and at first refused medical treatment, before he was taken to Canberra Hospital.
After an almost month-long investigation, a 31-year-old man was arrested at a Queanbeyan home on Monday morning.
NSW Police will allege the 31-year-old was a passenger in the car at the time of the shooting.
He was taken to Queanbeyan police station where he was charged with concealing a serious offence.
The 31-year-old was granted conditional bail and will front Queanbeyan Local Court on January 7.
Following the arrest, Queensland police arrested a 33-year-old man at a home in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast on Tuesday morning.
Police charged the 33-year-old with discharging a firearm with intent, firing a firearm likely to cause injury, police pursuit, along with other firearms and traffic offences.
The man was refused bail and will face Tweed Heads Local Court on December 2.
The car involved in the alleged shooting was then seized by ACT police at a Canberra home on Wednesday.
Investigations into the incident continue.
